The ingot casting conveyor pours molten aluminium from the melting furnace into continuously moving moulds and solidifies it into standard ingots — a high-capacity, automated solution for recycling plants and melting lines.
Moulds travel on a steel U-profile frame driven by a gear motor and are cooled rapidly by hot air extraction fans and a water cooling system. Solidified ingots are discharged automatically by a gear-driven unit, ready for stacking.
