Systems and design for aluminium foundries, from A to Z.
Since 2016, NSP Makina has been designing and building melting furnaces, heat treatment ovens, casting machines and automation lines for aluminium and non-ferrous foundries at its plant in Konya. From engineering to commissioning, we act as a single point of responsibility.
At our plant with a total area of 2,000 m², including 1,100 m² of covered production space, we build custom melting furnaces, heat treatment ovens, gravity die casting machines, robotic casting stations and aluminium casting lines, as well as ingot casting and separation lines for recycling aluminium, gold, copper, zinc and magnesium. We also deliver production line control software and complete foundry installation and consultancy for aluminium foundries.
NSP Makina was founded in 2016. Starting with stationary aluminium melting furnaces and an automatic piston casting machine, we have grown our range to include tilting and rotary melting furnaces, automatic conveyor systems, double-mould piston casting machines, tilting and stationary gravity die casting machines, ladle heaters and metal transfer ladles. With graphite crucibles, casting ladles, heat-resistant clothing and foundry chemicals, we supply what a foundry needs under one roof.
Energy costs weigh heavily on production lines, so we offer energy-saving solutions for both existing plants and new investments: furnaces that recover flue gas heat, and electric furnaces built around high insulation, low consumption and high efficiency. We analyse and report on how your line runs today, and help you secure additional funding by preparing projects for public and private support programmes.

Why we exist and where we are heading.
To provide foundries with energy-efficient, safe and durable equipment, and to be a single, reliable partner from project to commissioning.
To become a leading manufacturer of world-class melting and casting technology for aluminium and non-ferrous foundries, built on local engineering.
Four steps, one responsibility.
Analysis & Survey
We inspect your line on site and report on capacity, energy use and bottlenecks.
Design & Engineering
Equipment is designed in 3D, capacity and energy are calculated, and the layout is finalised.
Manufacturing & Installation
Built at our plant in Konya; on-site installation follows your planned downtime.
Commissioning & Support
The system is commissioned, operators are trained, and spare parts and support continue.
Equipment for every station in the foundry.
Melting & Holding Furnaces
Gas-fired and electric melting and holding furnaces for aluminium and non-ferrous metals: stationary, tilting, rotary and reverberatory designs.
