01Which metals do you build equipment for?
We mainly work for aluminium foundries. For recycling and ingot casting lines, we also provide solutions for non-ferrous metals such as copper, zinc, magnesium and gold.
02Are machines standard or built to order?
Most of our products are engineered to order based on capacity, fuel type and line layout. Standard models are also available for some furnaces and equipment.
03Should I choose a gas-fired or electric furnace?
It depends on your energy infrastructure, unit energy cost, capacity and shift pattern. After analysing your line, we compare the operating costs of both options and make a recommendation.
04Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes. Our own team installs and commissions the equipment we build on site and trains your operators.
05Can you retrofit our existing furnace to save energy?
Yes. Retrofits such as new insulation, burner and control upgrades, and flue gas heat recovery can reduce consumption in existing furnaces. We start with an on-site analysis.
06Do you supply spare parts and consumables?
We also supply foundry consumables such as graphite crucibles, casting ladles, foundry chemicals and heat-resistant clothing.
07What information should I share to get a quote?
Product type, required capacity (kg or parts/hour), alloy, fuel type and, if available, your current line layout help us prepare a quote quickly. You can reach us through the contact form or by phone.
08Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. Delivery, installation and training conditions for international projects are planned together during engineering and quotation.
