The tilting melting furnace is designed for fast melting of aluminium and non-ferrous metals and for controlled transfer of molten metal into the casting ladle. With hydraulic tilting, the metal is poured safely without the operator having to approach the hot zone.
A highly insulated body and PID-controlled burner keep the temperature within a narrow band while reducing fuel consumption. The furnace is built with or without a crucible and sized to your casting capacity and line.
Optional recuperator solutions that recover flue gas heat can increase energy efficiency even further.
