The single piston casting machine is developed to cast diesel and petrol engine pistons in permanent moulds with repeatable quality and high cycle rates. Ladling and pouring are automated by a robot arm.
Die opening and closing, core movements and cooling circuits run in sync under PLC control, and safety systems protect the operator from moving zones. As one of our first products, the machine is a field-proven design.
