The T6/T5 heat treatment line combines a solution furnace, quench tank and ageing furnace in one line to improve the mechanical properties of wheels, pistons and structural aluminium castings.
Air circulation fans ensure uniform temperature inside the furnace, while basket handling and quenching are managed by a PLC according to recipes. Capacity, part dimensions and cycle time are engineered around your production plan.
