The vertical gravity die casting press performs die opening and closing and core movements hydraulically along the vertical axis for aluminium poured into permanent moulds by gravity. Its compact build takes little space on the line.
Die size, stroke and number of cores are defined by the casting; tilt pouring and robotic ladling can be added for a higher level of automation.
