The stationary melting furnace is a simple, robust and economical solution for foundries where aluminium is melted in a crucible and ladled directly. It can be used as a melting or holding furnace on gravity die, piston and sand casting lines.
Its burner system and highly insulated body minimise heat loss, while PID control keeps the metal temperature constant throughout casting. 300 kg and 500 kg models are standard; other capacities are designed per project.
