The tilting rotary furnace is designed for high-yield melting of recycled materials such as aluminium scrap, swarf and dross. The rotating drum keeps the charge in motion, improving heat transfer and metal recovery.
The castable-insulated body, gear-driven rotation and burner system are all managed by a PLC. Tilting makes charging and tapping fast and safe, and the furnace can be installed with an ingot casting conveyor as a complete recycling line.
