The electric melting furnace is developed for plants without natural gas supply, plants that want a clean working environment, or processes that need precise temperature control. Zig-zag or spiral wound heating elements distribute heat evenly around the crucible.
The body is designed around high insulation, low consumption and high efficiency to keep energy costs down. Single or double contactor power control and PID regulation hold the metal at the required temperature.
