The double piston casting machine feeds two moulds with a single robot arm and control system, delivering higher output in the same floor space. While one mould solidifies, the other is poured, making efficient use of the cycle time.
Suitable for Ø50 – 150 mm diesel and petrol engine pistons. Mould cooling, core movements and safety systems are managed by a PLC.
