The degreasing process removes oil, chips and dirt from part surfaces before anodising, electroplating or painting. A properly prepared surface directly determines coating adhesion and quality.
Heated process tanks, rinse stages and handling system are engineered around part size and capacity. The line can also be installed as the pre-treatment section of a coating plant.
