The Temp 1200 carburising furnace is designed to diffuse carbon into the surface of steel parts to create a hard, wear-resistant case. A refractory build rated for high temperatures and a sealed door design maintain the controlled atmosphere.
Temperature and process times are managed by a PLC; chamber dimensions and charging system are defined by part type.
